pardoning turkeys
GWB pardons his last turkey



am i totally missing something here...why is he pardoning a turkey? what did turkeys ever do wrong? if anything, shouldn't people be pardoned for killing and eating turkeys?

That turkey is really cute.

Anyway, I don't get how they select turkeys. Doesn't matter, some turkeys are processed for eating and others for people who like animals and rights and stuff.

why turkeys? cuz they're the symbol for thanksgiving? why not cows, chickens, etc?
